Embrace His Grace. Upcoming sermons: 7/24 But God; 7/31 The Dead Dog and The King.

To truly embrace God's grace is the only way to live a victorious life in Christ. The human tempation is to earn salvation, but we must embrace His Grace. Many wonder about whether or not Seventh-day Adventists really believe in salvation through faith in Christ and I will be abundantly clear that we do. Obedience is the joyful and natural expression that flows from a heart set free. Understanding grace destroys "Sadventism" and leads us to "Gladventism."

Upcoming Sermon Series: Steps To Christ (August 28-November 20).

Women's Ministries

"Sisters helping Sisters reach the Kingdom!"

Who is Women's Ministry? Mothers, Daughters, Grandmothers, Neices, Sisters... This is a ministry for EVERY woman-young and old alike. There are many things we would like to do in our ministry. Outreach Programs, Heath Seminars, Financial Planning are just a few areas of interest that are being developed into programs to present to the women. We are in the process of creating several classes for our young girls ages 5-18.

We are starting our WM program by hosting a prayer breakfast Sunday Morning on October 29 at 9:30. We want to learn how to have a effective prayer and worship life as we lead such busy and hectic lives. There will be food, prizes, a craft, and most importantly fellowship! Please join us as we lift up in dedication our Women's Ministry Program so that it can be a tool God can use to gather souls for the Kingdom!

If you have any questions, suggestions, comments or would like to help please contact sabrinapatton@yahoo.com.

Women's Ministries News

On Sunday, October 29, WM hosted a prayer breakfast. The topic was Prayer and Worship-how to make it a priority in a busy life. Our featured speaker was Patti Gatward, Chaplain and Prayer Ministry Leader. She presented various methods of Bible study and worship techniques as well as how to keep a prayer journal and prayer requests. Jennie Hardy organized a Prayer Partner connection where women were paired together to pray for each other on a daily basis. Our bodies were fed physical food, but our hearts and minds were fed spiritual food.
